Phyllis began helping the fledgling company during 1998 organize an efficient and "quick-strike" method of routing and scheduling photographers and videographers to destinations all over the city of Houston. Her procedures soon became the basis for IREC's reputation for the "fastest turn-around" in the industry. Her valuable communication skills have contributed significantly to the perception of IREC as a first class customer service operation. Today, Phyllis remains responsible for the entire department she developed and is by nature, actively involved with the photography department.

Michael became IREC's most talented professional photographer immediately upon joining the company. He quickly developed procedures for increasing the efficiency and quality of both photo and virtual tour digital processing. Responsibilities include management of photography pool, transfer networks, and visual content processing.

Dana Richardson

A real estate broker/salesman in 2 states for over 20 years, Dana founded IREC in 1997 after developing a real estate website for his local office. Understanding the ever changing dynamics of the real estate listing, he knew that to electronically deliver accurate listing information it must be derived from the primary network utilized by Realtors - namely the MLS System. Coupled with state-of-the-art visual content, he believed the Internet would become a primary marketing avenue for Realtors to display their product and decided to offer his office network to all Realtors. Today, Dana is responsible for software development and architecture, network administration, and is involved with daily operations of all departments.
