Our pages are optimized with meta tags and content flags for inclusion on the major search engines. Most editable online websites are generated dynamically by accessing databases then delivering the content through sophisticated computer language such as Java or Visual Basic. Unfortunately, the search engines are usually unable to read the same information and therefore will skip over most of the pages. We avoid this problem by accessing database information only in your website editor mode. When your changes are saved to the database, your pages are generated into simple HTML files (xxx.htm) that search engines are looking for and prefer. Few real estate websites meet this requirement.

Lead Capture System
Throughout all our real estate websites, visitors are encouraged to interact with the Realtor to obtain information about properties, neighborhoods and the real estate process. Whenever a visitor asks for something, their contact information is stored into the Realtor's contact database including the details of the request. Manage these visitor contacts easily with the provided Contact Manager.



Pricing
A one time setup fee of $250 is required to activate your website. This fee includes acquiring and registering your domain name (yourdomain.com) or transferring existing names to our servers. We also do custom designs on request with prices on a bid basis. Monthly hosting, maintenance, and support fees of $50 will be charged quarterly in advance to keep your website active.
